Candidate Rates:

  • Nanny's generally charge $25-$32/hour (up to 40 hours in a week). Domestic employees, who live-out, are required to receive overtime pay for any hours worked exceed 40 hours per week. Overtime is one and one-half times the normal hourly rate. To learn more, visit care.com/homepay

  • Babysitters generally charge $22 plus an hour and will have a 4 hour minimum. To learn more about our Babysitting Service (in select areas) click here.

  • Nanny/Household Managers generally charge $26-$40/hour (up to 40 hours in a week).

  • The rate varies due to several factors: Number of children being cared for, household and childcare duties preformed, education and years of experience of the candidate. The family will be aware of the nannies rate prior to interviews and any negotiations will be directly handled between the Agency and the Family .

Placement Fees:

  1. $300 (non-refundable) Family Consultation fee to begin receiving applications, reference letters, zoom/in-person interviews and a background check.

  2. The Family Placement Fee will be due, partially, after signing our Agency Agreement and the remaining balance due after the candidate signs the Terms of Hire contract. The Family Placement fee is based on the Nanny's annual salary and is as follows:

    • Nanny: 12% of annual salary. Part-Time Nanny: minimum of $3,200

    • Temporary Nanny placement (4 months – 11 months): 15% of the Nanny’s total income for the duration of the placement, minimum of $3,500. (No replacement guarantee is given with temporary placements).

    • Household Manager/Family Assistant or Live-in nanny: 15% of candidates annual salary. (Live-in: 6 month replacement period)

    • Nanny Share: 16% of candidates annual salary (each family pays 8% to Agency plus $300 registration fee)

    • Summer Nanny Placement: $300 application fee. $3,000 Placement fee. (June-August only)

Replacement Periods:

  • Full-Time Placement - One year replacement period PLUS one full year of our Babysitting Service.

  • Part-Time Placement -3 months replacement period PLUS 3 months of of Babysitting Service

Babysitting Service Fees:

  • $300 one time registration fee to become a member. Becoming a member means you will have access, and a personal login, to our premium service where you can book fully vetted and background checked babysitters, tutors, and newborn care.
