Meet Our Founder
With a background as a nanny and more than a decade of experience placing nannies with families, I’ve built my career around one thing I truly love: creating the right connections.
Before entering the world of nanny placements in 2012, I worked as a nanny myself. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what makes a childcare relationship successful — not only finding someone who is qualified and experienced, but finding someone who genuinely fits into a family’s lifestyle, values, and personality.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, which has further shaped the way I approach each placement. I believe that the right match goes far beyond a résumé. Personality, communication style, expectations, and family dynamics all play an important role in creating a relationship that can thrive.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting countless families and nannies, and I genuinely love getting to know both sides of the match. I’m very intentional — and admittedly a little picky — when it comes to placements. I take the time to understand what each family truly needs and what each nanny is looking for, because I believe the best matches are the ones where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and confident.
For me, nanny placement isn’t simply about filling a position. It’s about creating a relationship that works for the family, the nanny, and most importantly, the children.
