Requirements to Join our Team
Becoming a Nanny or Household Manager with our Agency means that you have a true passion for mentoring children. Our Nannies, above all, are those who live to see smiling faces of children everyday, knowing that they are making a difference in each child's life.
Our Nannies have the skills to run a household during the absence of parents. Working in a busy household, it is important for the nanny to be a team member and display flexibility and adaptability as a household is constantly changing. Family’s schedules can be demanding, but our nannies are willing to step in and serve the family as needed. Our Nannies create fun and nurturing surroundings, while also maintaining safe boundaries for the children.
Requirements for Permanent Placements:
21 years of age or older
Legal to work in the US
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record within the last 7 years
At least 3 years of nanny experience or a teaching degree
A passion for children
Great communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations
Ability to pass a background check
At least a one-year commitment to a family
Requirements for Temporary or Babysitting:
18 years of age or older
Legal to work in the US
Valid driver’s license
At least two years of childcare experience
Two childcare references
Great communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations
At least a six-month commitment to a family or our babysitting service
