Whether it's a last-minute date night, a work trip, or just an extra set of hands for the afternoon, our Babysitting Service connects you with trusted, fully vetted sitters whenever you need one. For just $300/year, you get on-demand access to our full roster of CPR-certified, background-checked, reference-checked sitters — no guesswork, just reliable care from someone you can trust, on your schedule.

  • 1. Become a Member — $300/year
    Get access to our roster of fully vetted, CPR-certified, background-checked babysitters.

    2. Book a Sitter

    • Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice

    • We do our best to accommodate every request, but availability isn't guaranteed

    • Once a sitter confirms, you'll receive her full profile — including experience, education, and references

    3. Pay Two Simple Fees

    • Sitter's hourly rate — paid directly to your sitter (rate listed on her profile, based on experience)

    • Agency booking fee — billed to you monthly, covering our vetting, matching, and support

  • Families will pay their sitters directly and their rates vary depending on experience. Their rates will be listed on their profile after your booking is assigned to a candidate. The below booking fees are in addition to what hourly rates the family will pay their babysitter.

    4 Hour Booking (minimum) $30

    Each Additional Hour + $2

    8 Plus Hours $50

    Night Nurse/Overnight Care $50

    Tutor $50

    Holiday $50

  • Our Babysitting Service system is top-notch! Once you become a member, you will have full access to book fully vetted babysitters. Once a sitter confirms a job, you will be able to view their profile and view their hourly rate. Babysitters in Charlotte, NC start around $25/hr and are subject to change on Holidays.
