Our Process

  • Initial consultation

    We begin the process by scheduling an initial consultation with the family to discuss their specific needs and preferences. This consultation is generally conducted over the phone.

  • Family Consultation

    This is a 45 minute zoom consultation where are placement coordinator will dig deeper in the family’s needs and the type of caregiver needed. We will learn more about the children and their schedule in order to better match a candidate.

  • Candidate search

    Once we have a clear understanding of the family's needs and preferences, we begin the search for qualified nanny candidates. We utilize our extensive network of nanny candidates, as well as online resources, to find the best possible matches.

  • Screening process

    We have a rigorous screening process that includes background checks, reference checks, and in-person interviews to ensure that every nanny candidate we recommend is safe, reliable, and qualified.

  • Candidate presentation

    Once we have identified potential nanny candidates, we present their profiles and resumes to the family for review. The family can then select which candidates they would like to interview.

  • Interviews and trial periods

    We schedule interviews between the family and the selected nanny candidates, and we may also arrange for a paid trial period during which the nanny candidate can work with the family for a day.

  • Due to the pandemic, there has been a rise in demand for Full-Time Nannies. Placements are currently taking anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

  • Yes! In select areas, we have an elite Babysitting Service. For just $300 (one-time) and a small booking fee, you will be able to book our hand selected, fully vetted and background checked, babysitters at your convenience. To learn more, visit our Babysitting Service tab.

  • A Nanny is an hourly or salary employee in your home. A babysitter will come to your home “as needed” with no set schedule.

  • All of our Nannies have at least 3 years of childcare experience, wonderful references, are CPR/First Aid certified, and have passed a background check.

  • Yes! We offer a full year replacement period for a Full-Time placement. We feel that if you invest in us, we want you to have peace of mind for, at least, a year! A Part-Time placement comes with a 3 month replacement period. In addition to our full-year replacement period, we offer a full year of our babysitting service as an add-on! A Part-Time Placement comes with 3 months free of our babysitting Service.

  • Because nannies are in high demand, they range from $22-$35/hr. depending on location and experience. Household Managers will have higher rates than a nanny. If you would like to see our current job rates, please visit our "Jobs” tab.

  • We do all of the legwork. We hand select and interview all of our nannies prior to sending them to you for an interview. Furthermore, we do all of the reference checks and will run a criminal background check. Your job is simple - just pick your favorite candidate! We even schedule all the interviews for you.

  • Families will pay their Nanny directly. We are partnered with HomePay to make paying your Nanny seamless. You will even receive a discount for being referred by us!

  • We customize every placement specifically for your family. We don’t just send out resumes. We have a robust online portal that will allow clients to view candidate profiles, sign documents, and make offers on candidates! We also offer a full year replacement period as well as a full year of our Babysitting Service as an add-on for a full-time placement.

  • Absolutely! We currently place Nannies, Household Managers and Nanny/Household Managers. If you are interested in another household employee, please contact us directly. We look forward to working with you!

  • Babysitters generally start at $22/hr and have a 4 hour minimum. Their rate will depend on the number of children being cared for and experience, as well as any special holiday care. Once you become a member of our service, each sitter will have their hourly rates listed on their profile.
