Hope has called Charlotte home for 14 years, and that local connection shapes the way she runs The Nanny Haven every day. She knows the city's neighborhoods, schools, and rhythms firsthand, not from research, but from actually living and working here for over a decade.

Before founding The Nanny Haven, Hope worked as a nanny herself, giving her firsthand insight into what actually makes a placement succeed — not just qualifications on paper, but genuine compatibility between a family's values and a caregiver's approach. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, which continues to shape how she reads personality fit, communication style, and family dynamics in every match she makes.

Hope personally oversees placements in both Charlotte and Nashville, bringing that same hands-on, detail-oriented approach to families in both cities. She's intentional — and admittedly a little picky — about every match, because she believes the best placements happen when both the family and the candidate feel genuinely understood, not just processed.
